In case you haven't heard Nintendo and 54 other companies are suing the makers of the R4 flash cart, Nintendo and the other companies are saying that the R4 flash cart damages their business.
While I can understand completely what Nintendo and co are talking about the only people that are to blame are themselves.
Flash carts are definitely damaging their business due to people preffering free games, it doesn't help that new released DS games are sold at £30, it's extortianate considering I've paid for games less than half the price on XBL that are better.
Also the flash cart itself is innovative, I don't know why Nintendo didn't consider a similar set-up when releasing the DS with a small fee on games, not to mention the homebrew scene have done a lot more with the DS Lite's capabilities than Nintendo have.
So do you think they should be suing the R4 company or offering them all jobs?
