Last time I remember hearing that was by either Finch or Stifler in American Pie. Also I'm pretty sure Peyton or Eli Manning used it in a commercial.

EXAMPLE:
In every Wii instruction manual I'd like to see them put "Press the console 'Power' button so that it's on like Donkey Kong."

Since they already have a trademark on "Donkey Kong", isn't the expression already covered? Nintendo basically just wasted however much money it costs to get a trademark registered.
