You do race by yourself, and then there are ghosts, à la Trackmania

That's a little disappointing. This game looks like it'd be a blast to play against a friend. But, I suppose you shouldn't demand too much from a free game, since there already seems to be plenty of content.

I'll keep it in mind to give this a go when my new gaming laptop arrives.
