[HEADING=1]-------------------------No More Nolan for Batman?--------------------------[/HEADING]
Maybe, unless he really did get scarred by the death of Ledger. I think he's action scenes were pretty good.sneakypenguin said:Sweet maybe we will get someone who can direct action scenes...
That said the draw of money I'm sure will be enough to get him go come back.
They felt like it was a really bad knock off of bourne. Eh I don't think someone gets too affected by someones drug overdose. But who knows.ChromeAlchemist said:Maybe, unless he really did get scarred by the death of Ledger. Well when it comes to film production, relationships are developed, so he could have been a close friend. We will see.sneakypenguin said:They felt like it was a really bad knock off of bourne. ...WHY would we mention Uwe Boll? Or do you mean Uwe Boll talking to Warner?r4ndom said:I'm suprised there's been no mention of Uwe Boll yet...
But Nolan isn't the only good director out there, i'm sure whoever takes over will do it justice.
How about Guillermo del Toro?
He'd do an awesome job.
Maybe we'll get lucky and they'll bring back Joel Shumacher.Cpt_Oblivious said:As long as the next Batman movie's good, I don't mind who's directing it.
It was meant in a sarcastic way. I am fully aware that the man is akin to cinematic cancer.ChromeAlchemist said:...WHY would we mention Uwe Boll? Or do you mean Uwe Boll talking to Warner?
I think more cinematic herpes. You can do what you can to get rid of him, but he just keeps coming back.r4ndom said:It was meant in a sarcastic way. Dear God, no!dwightsteel said:Maybe we'll get lucky and they'll bring back Joel Shumacher.Cpt_Oblivious said:As long as the next Batman movie's good, I don't mind who's directing it.
I don't know. If he doesn't get a voice synthesizer or something of that nature (should he return for another Batman movie), I'm not sure I want to see him as Batman again. I respect Bale as an actor, and I think that his portrayal of Bruce Wayne is fantastic, but his Batman voice ruins the experience quite a bit. Every time he speaks as Batman, he ceases to be the intimidating figure he should be. If it weren't for that ridiculous voice, The Dark Knight would go from superb to nearly perfect.The infamous SCAMola said:Also, I remember reading that Christian Bale said that if Nolan wasn't directing he wouldn't be returning, so yeah...
Del Toro is to busy with The Hobbit.r4ndom said:I'm suprised there's been no mention of Uwe Boll yet...

Now, can you tell me whether or not his voice was that bad in the first film? Because as far as I can remember, it really wasn't, it was pretty much fine. Yet he had to go and ruin the voice of Batman in this instalment, so yes you are right on that part. I'm going to stop thinking about it because it's worse every time I think about it.-Zen- said:-snip-
It was believed he had a big part to play still, yes. To be honest, if it meant that we got to see Harley Quinn in this next film, then I'm even more sorry Ledger is gone. She could still be in it though, and here's hoping.oliveira8 said:-snip-
Joel Schumacher.ChromeAlchemist said:The shortlist roster is unknown at this time, so it could be anyone. Who do you think could grab the reigns and carry the weight of the ultimate success that was The Dark Knight? And if I may inject a bit of subjective opinion into this article, anyone but Zak Snyder.
It was bad in the first film, but being that he didn't speak as much in that film (as Batman), it didn't affect the movie very much.ChromeAlchemist said:Now, can you tell me whether or not his voice was that bad in the first film?
