phew, i'm glad that's over, anyway for those not in the know, nominative determinism is when your name somehow affects what you do in life, follow the wiki link for more info;
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nominative_determinism

So someone who is good at Carpentry happens to have the surname "Carpenter", or maybe your a high profile horror film producer called John Carpenter who makes films with wooden characters (hur hur fnar fnar).

Anyway, onto my experience with it, my names Sush and i'm an alcoholic, no seriously sorry. My names Sush the English call me Sushi, so my friends call me Fishboy as a nickname, odd thing is that i'm a fish to water and I love the rain. Is that nominative determinism?

So whats your name and has it determined your outcome in lifetime?, or know of any stories?

So any guys here with the surname Hancock?, ahahaha haha I make the funny.

Dougal Meredith Colverson, the will only ever become a ND if I work as; a) A colver, b) monk, and c) become a Dark stranger, which does sound very cool.
I Really doubt my name will ever effect my career in a positive way.

The last part of my surname means "mountain" and I'm 2 metres tall at the age of 16. Does that count?
