Hey guys, this is a game that I'm potentially going to use as a resource in an IRL RP game.
Basically, the skinny is this: I'm going to be running a Mutants and Masterminds (ie superhero) campaign in the Gestalt setting. What that means is people get superpowers by becoming imbued with Gestalts, creatures who embody certain concepts. This could be something like Strength or Fire or Hope, but there's a humour to it too. One villain is the Gestalt of Silver Age Comic Book Villains. They have powers according to their Gestalts.
Now, for some of the early sessions I want my players to encounter characters who, due to their Gestalts, never made it big as heroes or villains. They may be offensive or cringe-worthy or a bit pants. League of Losers material, but something that might make liberals squirm a little in their seats.
Yes, the idea is to be a little risque, but it's not actually meant in a malicious way. It's more making fun of the 'themed' heroes of the Silver Age, as well as liberal guilt.

The game is: make your Non-PC NPC. What's their hero/villain name? What is their Gestalt? What powers do they have? Give a brief blurb about who they are and why they became a hero/villain.
Current idea:
Lady Labour, the Gestalt of Childbirth (Villain)
Lillith Labour's Childbirth Gestalt makes her constantly pregnant, which allows her to spawn a number of child-like minions (who are more like imps than actual babies). However, she also has super-strength in her lower areas, which allows her to fire them as projectiles.
Why is she a villain? She's constantly in labour and hence constantly in pain. She breaks into pharmacies and hospitals to steal painkillers, and figured she may as well make a profit while she was doing it.
