Particularly amongst us gamers and net dwellers, it's become quite prevalent that we verb words that aren't traditionally verbs;

Eg. Ninja'd, Burger et cetera.

What words do you love/hate the verbing of?

I prefer verbification to verbing. It sounds slightly more... believable.

I can't think of any particular words at the moment, but I do know one thing:

Verbing weirds language.

LOL. I'll pay that. Pretty much why I posted this thread. Do you suppose other languages are as liberally approached?

Eatzed is probably the verbing I use the most online, followed by the classic variation of "owned".

I can only imagine so. It's hard for me to wrap my brain around the concept of people thinking and speaking a language that isn't English. It seems stupid, but it's strange to me.

BTW I can TOTALLY verb "gun". Common slang in the OZ army.
