i don't think one small country with only a couple of comparatively pathetic nukes is really able to start a holocaust, only the US has enough nukes, which they seem to think is the right number, hmm

really just ignore the problem till it's falling on you're head, then there's nothing you can do about it anyway!

oh yeah and any cocky Americans who think the USA would muller NK, you're forgetting why you lost, or maybe drew in the first place; the country next door with a potential army of 300 million and nuclear capabilities with a strong alliance with it's communist brother

North Korea are their own country. Sure they may seem backward and whatnot, but Kim Jong Il will not be round for much longer if reports on his health are anything to go by.

Most North Koreans have only ever known the life they have. Perhaps they are happy the way they are.

They can test whatever weapons they want. Why should the West test their nuclear powers and not let anyone else do so? That's a bit mean.
