Nose bleed

i am bleeding from my nose after blowing it to hard, should i be worried?
edit: it is a bit odd, because i never have nose bleeds, not even during soccer after being hit in the face with a soccer ball as hard as the other person could kick

No. That's caused from sudden increase in blood pressure to the face. That or dry weather. Either or.

It's normal.

At least you're not having chronic nose bleeds all the goddamn time and bleeding all over the bathroom floor >>

It depends...film has taught me that a nose bleed followed by ominous string music has a high chance of being fatal and dramatic. You didn't cough at all in the first act did you? 'Cause that means you're pretty much a goner.

I dunno one time I passed out because I was bleeding from my nose profusely for 3 days... the clots kept coming out when I would breath...

Its just your brain juices leaving your skull, nothing to worry about.

Just your noses reaction to extremely dry environments. Pinch your nose and lean your head back for a minute or so. That'll cut off the bleeding and it'll form a clot. If you blow your nose, you'll just make it worse. I know it is common sense but I've encountered people who didn't know to do this before...
