I would have to say... THIS SHOW!

According to it's TvTropes page, many disagree as that dub changed and removed a whole lotta stuff.

Catchy theme tune that won't leave my head though.

Playing through KotOR2 which I haven't played for long enough for the nostalgia to be valid.

Loving it. Forgot how fantastic Kestelman is as Kreia.
Yes! Thank you. I agree completely. At least I'm not the -only- one with an appreciation for KotOR2 as well as the first. To me it always felt like the darker story.

The original Rayman game for PS1. It holds up very well, even against modern platformers. That and Abe's Obysee. I own a PS1 still simply for those two reasons. (Although it is prone to freesing).

The original Star Wars trilogy, Monty Python's Flying Circus, Blackadder, the Simpsons (up to season 11), and the Spyro and Crash Bandicoot games for the PSX (especially the former).

I absolutely LOVE Red Alert 2. To this day I think it's one of the best RTS games ever made. Nothing is quite as satisfying as watching your squadron of Kirov Airship heading towards the enemy base! >:-D

Mine would be Skies of Arcadia and, Banjo Kazooie/Tooie and Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time/Majoras Mask

Skies of Arcadia is less a game I played ritually as a kid and more one I once dreamed of playing. When I was a kid (6-8 years old) a friend of mine used to play the original SoA and I would usually watch and play the occasional level. Thing was at the time I had an N64 not a Dreamcast so I didn?t have my own copy to play it properly. Eventually after a few years I found the game had been rereleased on the Gamecube and I decide now was the time to finally play the game for real and I was dumbstruck! It seriously is one of my all-time favourite games but weirdly very few people actually seem to remember it or have ever played it. It ranks somewhere alongside ?Primal? as a game that is a blend of Western/Japanese creation that very few people seem to have heard of. Back when I first heard about it I paid about £15 for a copy on the Gamecube, I just checked now and the price has gone up to a minimum of around £40!
Ha! I actually own Skies of Arcadia for the Dreamcast that I bought when it came out! (My brother had the N64.) I'm not into JRPG's, but I love that game. However, I'm at a point where I can't win a ship battle because I didn't buy extra armor because silly old me thought they would have given me SOME WARNING that I was going to NEED THAT ARMOR. That means that I now have to start the WHOLE GAME OVER FROM SCRATCH. *sigh* I'm going to do that one of these days, too!

What's funny though is that when a random battle is about to begin, because the Dreamcast had a very noisy processor, you can hear the console go "RRRHEN! RHEN, RHEIEN, RHEN, RHEIN!" just before the battles begin! XD

How about all you other Escapists out there? What's yours?
Xenogears (on the PSX/PS1).

I played it when it was brand new on PSX.

I played it on my PS2.

And I played it recently on my PS3 (release model, has the full backwards compatibility).

Still my favorite game of all time. The combat is fun, the grind is fairly low (you get enough XP just playing the game that extra grinding is mostly pointless), and the story is still one of the best I've ever experienced in a video game.

The Adventures of Robin Hood (1938), I've always loved it and I probably always will. It's goofy as hell but there's a reason why most people consider it the definitive screen version of Robin Hood. Star Wars OT (without the CGI), KoTOR 2 (not KoTOR 1) cause it's awesome. Batman: The Animated Series, the Justice League, and Justice League Unlimited. The Timothy Zahn Thrawn trilogy. Most Disney movies I watched as a kid like Beauty and the Beast, the Lion King, Mulan, and the Little Mermaid. Tamora Pierce doesn't get old either. Jurassic Park stays as good as it was when I first watched it.

There's a lot things actually...

Most anime that I REALLY love - well, lots of it ages well (at least to me).

THE LION KING (SNES) and CHRONO CROSS:
Both games I've beat more times I'd care to admit.

About once a year i stumble across a 64 controller and remaster 007 goldeneye all over agian. I really wish they would release just a hd port of the original instead of the weird gameplay they had on the wii version.
That is the best fucking idea ever . I'd vote you to be any gaming companie ceo .

OT : suikoden 1 and FF6 . People might not like FF6 graphics but it's not that bad once you get used to it. And suikoden 1 is a fucking masterpiece ( and i will duel to the death anyone that says otherwise)

The first 2 generations of the pokemon games! they are still brilliant some 10 years since I first played them.
Digimon world, the ps1 game. If I had the time I could quite easily play through this now.
i recently watched the first series of yu-gi-oh again and it was still good too, this was brought about by finding my 2000 or so cards that i still think are great - especially the older ones.
The original 3 star wars films - in fact its been about a year since i last seen them, should probably watch them again soon.
James Bond Goldeneye, James Bond Tomorrow Never Dies and to a lesser extent the World is Not Enough. tomorrow never dies was my favourite film when I was about 8 and I still consider it amongst one of my favourites
I suppose you could say the song Teenage Dirtbag by wheatus. I mean, lets face it, it's never going to go down in history and remembered as a musical masterpiece but everyone around my age knows it xD

The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog is just as fucked up as I remember it being, if not, significantly more surreal and I loved watching every second of it.

The Powerpuff Girls still has the same shines and bumps in the road as I remembered it having a decade ago.

I still enjoy and love many of the N64 games I grew up with, especially Star Fox 64, which was my first game played on the system back in 1997.

I hate hate hate HATE that dub. It's one of the worst pieces of shit I have ever watched in my life even before I watched it in Japanese, which taught me to hate it even more. The first season is one of the best, if not, the best magical girl show of the 90s, and deserves the same level of respect as many great anime from that decade.

Nelvana's work on this dub is a fucking insult.

For me, mainly the first 2 Fallout games (played them without a guide, we didn't have internet at the time, didn't need guide), Contra, Final Fantasy 1-9, TMNT (80's one) Transformers (80's) and DBZ; when I watched it as a kid (in the 90's) it was on TV uncensored *sighs* I miss those days.

OH!

Elvis. Elvis is still amazing.
