So as a kid i used to watch this:

I loved it!

Now.. not so much. I think its terrible in everyway, the voicing, the animation, the characters... everything. Im sat here now thinking "WTF did i watch?!", its creepy as hell. Also racist (see the asian girl for example).

Another being the goosebumps and are you afraid of the dark series, they scared me a little but it was the thrill that made me love it. Now i think its only good for a laugh.

Anyone else had similiar experiences with childhood memories/loves?

I try not to relive things (TV shows, films, video games) Because I like the idealic memory that Final Fantasy 7 was absolutly flawless in every way and 8 was even better, or that GI Joe and Transformers were both about more than selling toys.

Besides, I've always thought if you spend to much time looking back, you don't look forward, I love looking forward.

I remember as a kid I loved Medal of Honor: Frontline. It was one of my fave games. Recently I played it again, and it's pretty meh. Not horrible, but not amazing either. I had to change the controls a few times to get comfortable and the enemy AI is terrible, relying on the "Stand without cover, keep firing and don't move" technique
