I'm not sure if this is just on Steam (mostly where I see it) or everywhere, but is saying a game is "not finished" or "incomplete" the new fad or do these people not know what "finished" is. I've seen people say Breach wasn't finished because the servers weren't set up the way they wanted, other people said Homefront wasn't finished because it wasn't working on their computer, and now people are saying Bulletstorm is "incomplete" for whatever reason. Just because a game isn't made how you want it or doesn't work how you think it should doesn't mean it is not finished. Closed thing I've seen to a game not being finished was Call of Cthulhu, but the whole part where the wizards on the island or whatever not showing up could have just been a glitch.
