I was so pissed. I showed her my ID and said to suck on that and told her she just lost her tip for that night.
Rage much?

I'm 24, and I get asked what high school I go to. I love getting carded...it makes me forget about my grey hairs.
so I have a bit of rage when it comes to that sort of thing. I am dealing with it.

I'm 29 and I look and feel like I'm in my middle 40's life has taken a shit on me.
Don't forget to tell life to wipe, plenty of people still need to kiss its ass.

I get asked for ID all the time and I'm in Uni. I've gotten used to it, no biggie. What I hate however is when people talk to me like a child, or mentally challenged teenager. People tend to assume all younger people are stupid, for which I can't really blame them.

Apparently, due to lack of laugh-linges or crows feet on my face, I look a couple years younger than my actual age; when you couple that with the fact that I usually behave like I'm about 5, most people assume that I'm in my early-20's, and just have a good beard.

I'm 31.

I've hardly ever been ID'd for anything, I could walk into a pub and get a pint when I was 16 without anyone batting an eyelid. Now I'm 21 and people often assume I'm nearing 30.
Damn grey hair.

I was sixteen when I got pulled over for looking like a twelve year old taking a joy ride

Hows that for an unfortunate age mistake?

My girlfriend says it's because i've got a baby face .... whatever that means lol

I'm 18 and I'm always told I look like I'm in my early 20s. I know it's not that big of a deal, but I really don't find it to be that flattering. :/

There was a GameStop employee who was making a huge deal once about how I was younger than she was after she had to check my ID for an M rated game and it just "totally surprised her." Thanks, lady. >.>

I think I look a bit younger, 19 maybe. Some people don't believe me when I say I'm 20 going on 21. ;O
Take it as a complement.

People think I look far younger than I really am.

That and a girl.

So people look at me and think I'm a very tall 13 year old girl.
I was once called "Miss" when I had my hair grown out long, Never again!

I'm actually a rather tall and thin person, so my age tends to shift depending on my posture, although, I do tend to get the odd person telling me I look a year or two older.

I'm 20 and am told I look about my age. When I was younger, though... I still was told I looked around 20-21. A waitress at a restaurant took my order for a cocktail when I was 14 without even asking for my ID. Unfortunately, I was out to lunch with my mom at the time and she stopped the waitress from bringing it back to the table...

I personally think its all about how you hold yourself. I get ID'd when purchasing games or cigarettes(I don't smoke, its for my buddies at work when I run out for coffee) sometimes, but most of the time, they don't say a word to me. Mostly because of how since I am of legal age to purchase this stuff, I don't have some worried face on me.

I am 18 and look 16 at best. I do not mind though, because while I do get the benefits of legal drinking (id or not, sometimes they don't ask) I can also buy the half-priced mass transit tickets. No one ever suspects me! Nyah nyah nyah!

im 21 going on 22 and STILL get asked for my id on anything, cigs, beer, expect M rated games. I have been told tat i look anywhere form 16-18 years old.

Its annoying but i get over it pretty quickly, plus if u go to the same places for cigs or beer eventual they remember ur face and stop askin

I'm 18 but given my looks (I'd post a picture, but, you know, internet anonymity) I never get asked for ID... Having a beard and cynical look on my face might be helping, I guess.

I'm 31 and get carded for smokes pretty regularly. I don't see it, especially since I started developing my wicked widow's peak. It only bugged me before I started expecting it and would leave my license in the car.

Guesses on my age will vary depending on how long it's been since I shaved, ranging from 19 to 29... which is kind of funny, since I'm 34. Of course, it doesn't help things when my eczema flares up and I start getting pimple breakouts on my face.

[small]34 years old and I still get zits... yeah, lovely, I know.[/small]

I got mistaken for a teacher at college.

Maybe it's cause I'm not a complete douchebag though...

I come off a bit young. People I am about 15 or 16 both in appearance and sound of voice, so people online also think I am a bit younger.
I don't mind though. Unlike you, Id rather stay looking young for as long as possible.
