Here me out on this one, Microsoft is like a little kid that once finished with something, will throw it away and never look at it again. My examples? Just look at what they did to Ensemble studios, they made Halo Wars the last game they made. Those guys made many great RTS games, and now they were shut down by Microsoft. Bungie, they may not be on closing/shut down studio road, but Microsoft is too stupid to keep them, and from what I hear, they're letting Bungie leave and plan to make Halo 4 by themselves, . What company is next to be shut down by Microsoft? The day I see Microsoft shut down Rare, the world will know it as the day Microsoft HQ gets blown up. Rare made many great games themselves, DK 64, Banjo Kazooie's games, and the cute yet killer squirrel Conker, and I and a whole buncha other people would be outraged should that happen. So there, I've made my point. Bring it on, I'm not afraid to take your criticisms. Especially not you M$ fanboys out there.

Publishers shut down studios all of the time. Ensemble wasn't the only to close its doors this year. Also, Bungie bought their independence from MS with the Halo license. Your ignorance is obvious. Rare, in my opinion, deserves a shut down more than Ensemble did but MS has their reason for doing what they did. It's called a bottom line. Now, go back to sulking in the corner, clutching whatever game system it is you dry hump under the covers.

Dude, why are you calling out a CORPORATION for wanting to make money? According to the theories of Adam Smith, that is their sole purpose. Corporations are not for the purpose of pleasing their consumers. If that happens, it is simply collateral damage. This is how it is at least SUPPOSED/expected to function in a capitalist society.

In response to the 'stealing account thing', no, this is my own account, and I'm too much influenced by caffeine to think rationally right now. And have you noticed though, that once Rare got under Microsoft and worked for them, they made crap. They were better off independent, and they got that start from Nintendo.

5 syllables now
Line two, seven syllables
Back to five again.
