I recommed checking there to those who are mid-semi high level and have trouble finding alchemy equipment for their level. I bought an expert alembic there.

I would say if at all possible, avoid all of the NPCs in Oblivion unless they are storyline-critical. Their unblinking gazes will send you spiralling into paranoia and depression.

I recommend avoiding that guy with brown outfit in the fable 2 tutorial and the adoring fan from oblivion. If you're play oblivion and you see a wood elf with yellow hair and a green outfit, run for the hills.

Or you could take him up to dive rock and knock him off, or better yet, tell him to bugger off and watch him run off the cliff...that never gets old.
