NTSC-->PAL TV issues

So, last summer I bought a US Gamecube while I was in Boston, Unfortunately as its NTSC it produces a slightly blurred image on all of the TV's I have. Anyone know how to reduce the blurring?

can you been more specific ?

is it just blurred or is it cropped or do colors seem wrong, does it roll (guessing not) ?

Just blurred, the colors are alright and it isn't cropped.
