Britain and France pressing ahead with new generation of safer reactors along the lines of the new EDF one built in Normandy (I think). The worry is still that governments may still try to cut cost-corners negating any new-found emphasis on safety.
You're probably getting a lot of "quoted" mails, so you'll probably let this go over your head.blakfayt said:God people are idiots, what do you plan to do with the nuclear waste? Or the fuel rods? Bury them like we do now? Oh yeah, cause that shit that kills people CERTAINLY WON'T KILL THE FUCKING PLANET. People who AGREE that nuclear power is the way to go are fucking stupid. Why waste funds building something that produces more human killing debris, when we could come up with a power source that DOESN'T FUCKING KILL PEOPLE AND ISN'T USED TO MAKE BOMBS!
