NXE avatars, what do they need?

What Microsoft could do is have achievements unlock clothes and other extras for your avatar. Say you got 'The One Free Bullet' (Or whatever it's called) in Half Life 2: Episode 1, you could get a HEV suit, or a crowbar. I think it would be a really nice touch.

I was saying that when they come out. Would be great, you can have your avatar dress up as a character from you favorite game. Fun.

Color changes and incentive-based clothes are great suggestions, but what I really want are more options under "Dress up". Why can't I put on a darn tuxedo?

Agreed, that would be awesome! Also a good way to get people motivated for your crazy challenging achievements.

Oh, and they will never allow weapons as accessories. Ever.

The girls' outfits are pretty lacking - I can't even put on a pair of blue denim jeans, for crying out loud. So just more of everything. I'd also really enjoy it if playing a particular game unlocked the main character's costume. You play Mirror's Edge, for example, you get Faith's outfit, you play Prince of Persia, you get the Prince's and Elika's.

Also, perhaps when you purchase a premium theme, it could come with a specific outfit for your avatar. Like the Battlestar Galactica theme, for example, could get you a Colonial military uniform.

oh also I wonder if any one has considered the serious possibility that Microsoft may make you start paying for "exculsive" new gear. I really think they might do this and that would seriously suck, or at least make the biweekly clothing updates for gold members only. (although have you ever heard of a silver member?)

They've already said they will be putting microtransactions to premium clothing in the future. However, for now, it's all free.

They need to have a normal pair of jeans. I mean, all of the long jeans are ******-ass bootcut jeans, that widen from bottom. They should go skinnier from the bottom. Or even have a pair of wide "hip-hop" pants.

And yeah, Splinter Cell goggles, and/or other crazy shit from games, like Marcus Feenix's Lancer or a pip boy outfit from Fallout 3, or another game would be beyond awesome.

Yes! I should be able to make my Avatar Wrex from Mass Effect, although in my most recent game, he has that Phoenix armor, which is pink. Give me a break, it was the only Krogan armor I had that had any good stats.

Also, formal wear would be cool. Get my little Mii all dressed up in a suit and fedora and kick it, '30s style!

I would like to see the avatars have more of a point.
What would be awesome, is if there was a simple, avatar based game included free and incorporated with the dashboard.

So if you had a party going, you could all jump in and play soccer (Or football, for those across the pond) or baseball or capture the flag...or tag or something. Simple, little to no load times, just used to mess around on while you wait for other people to come online/just chill and chat.
