From what I gathered from previews and stuff, Clarke seems to be suffering from Schizophrenia or something like that, so I'd imagine he'd only speak in certain parts like cutscenes. Still, I hope they use it well instead of Other M style...torno said:I am uber-excited; and Mr. Clarke's getting a voice! I do wonder what his personality's gonna be like, though. All people have been saying is "He's getting a voice! Oh em jee!" And that's when I say "Yeah, I know. What will he be saying with said voice?" I hope he's not gonna be a douche. I want him to shout "You gotta cut off the limbs!" in actual concern for his teammates instead of an annoyed "God, you gotta cut the limbs off, numbnuts!"
Exactly. That and the Vsync problem (visual tearing + flashing lights = HEADACHE) were the two biggest barriers towards my enjoyment of the game. Can't say I cared for the how the mouse handled either- it was always too fast in the menus or too slow in the game.Sebenko said:The controls were the most abysmally hateful things I have ever seen. I thought the game was fairly enjoyable and it ran quite nicely on my machine to boot as well. The Rogue Wolf said:So, guys... how about spending a little "polishing time" giving us PC gamers a better port? That'd be sweet, thanks.
Well, it ran nicely when I turned off vync which was adding a second or three of time delay to my mouse cursor.
