Oblivion Fan Mods

I gotta say, if it weren't for free user made content, I would have abandoned Oblivion long ago. The shear amount of things I've found to make the game more interesting (from hermaphrodite sex to smiley faced guards) keeps me going back everyday. I said "Fuck all" to the quests long ago, but I still do plenty of silly things.

So, to the point: who else has found all of this user made crap and benefited from it?

I'm in a rather similar situation with Fallout 3, the amount of extra content makes the experience interesting and fresh.
