Oblivion Mod download?

I've been downloading a few mods of gamespot. And they dont have alot. So i tryed downloading some of nexus and the downloader aint working.. And tryed downloading some of Planet Elderscrolls and they all download into Rar files.. Which i cant do anything with.. Could someone tell me where i could download some oblviion mods withought getting any jiff from the downloader.. or could someone help me with whats happening with the downloader?

I did, I wrote that in the description.. I've been downloading of the nearest location.. the british one didnt seem to be working.. But the american one is :/

Sorry for the post.. The moment i posted this up.. I found out what was wrong.. Thanks for the help anyway

What's wrong with RAR files? Download and use WinRAR to open them.
