So I bought Oblivion for PC (finally) as its currently the deal of the day on Steam. My big question now is, where/what mods should I get for this awesome game?

If I remember right, there are a few different unofficial patches, at least if you have the GOTY version with the expansions, which all fix different sets of bugs. They're kind of a big deal and the absolute first thing you should get, though. The Darnified UI one that makes the interface/menus only bad instead of terrible is a good one too.henritje said:UNOFFICIAL PATCH!!!!!!!
without the game is more bug then game.
Actually I've played quite a few thanks, and Oblivion was one of them since that is what this thread is about. I stick by what I said. He should play the game, even if just for a bit, to see what he likes and what he doesn't like than he can mod it as he pleases. Also he's playing it on PC. I haven't run into any glitches that were game breaking in either Skyrim or Oblivion that couldn't be fixed with a simple PC console code.henritje said:UNOFFICIAL PATCH!!!!!!!
