Alright, so from the title, you can see this is an Oblivion RP, I think the starting number of players will be small, 2-4, But people will die off, and the team will grow, and so on, I want this to just be some fun rp, where people can join in and die off, within reason of course.

RULES:

1. the 3 or 4 who join first probably wont die off anytime soon, later joinees, depending what character they are, may be killed off fairly quickly, and can quit there, or make another character and join not too long after.

2. No godding, Although yes we will get pretty strong as it progresses, not boringly OP, just a bit stronger.

3. Try to get along with the Other Roleplayers, although your charcater doesnt have to ingame <3

4. When not RPing use OOC (Out Of Character chat) and our OOC is, when you wish to type something OOC, you put two brackets in front and at the end like so ((Hello, nubs)) which is a total of four brackets for those who cannot count.

Character Creation: (Im like a game manual index...)

RACES
First of all, you can choose all the races from the game, for those of you with a rusty memory, thats: Argonians (the lizard-like people, good at stealth, resisting poison and diseases, and lockpicking etc, can also breathe for a very long time underwater.) Breton (Great at Magic, rather wise and curious.) Dark Elves, (A good mix of skill with blades, magic and Bows, a greyish-purplish skin, dark hair, )
High elves (great at magic, resistant to fire and frost a bit, basically...elves.)
Imperials (Humans, not bad at magic, not good though, Quite good with swords, axes, Maces, bows, and heavy armor, quite social) Khajit, (A feline race, quick, slender and agile, great acrobats, know how to use a blade quite well, and a mace for that matter, and they can all see in the dark.) Nords, (Tall, fair haired, good with armor weapons etc, pretty good with restoration magic) orcs (good armourcrafters, and good with maces and axes...although rather ugly, being green and such...) Redgaurd ( Dark Skinned Humans, the greatest warriors, amazing with blades and armour,ok with bows, a little bit resistant to some diseases/poisons, not too bad at stealth and quite hard to kill) And finally wood elves, (Nimble, quick, light skinned, fair haired, amazing archers, good at stealth, and good scouts, arent too shabby with a shortsword or dagger)

Phew...Now that thats done, Classes, like in the game, you can simply create your own, nothing too complicated, just specify what you are and your general use and some stuff you can do,nothing too OP, And you can use other characters classes if ya want. etc, EXAMPLE:

Ranger - Great with blades of all kind, ok with bows, good with medium to light armor, pretty ok at stealth, pretty quick.

thats sort of thing, dont forget a bio, something original, explaining wtf your doing being in this story (base story below character creation) now the rest you can figure out from this character sheet which I will also be using for my Character

Sounds pretty good. Let me see...

Name: Kashmir (Only one I can think of right now...)
Race: Darkelf
Class: Caster- Good with Magic, potions and long range attcks. Pretty nimble. Very weak close up.
Equipment: Longbow, dagger, magically enhanced armour under a black/ emerald cloak, staff.
Age: 26
Bio: His hometown was destroyed when he was 14. Was a fighter in many battles afterwards, seeking revenge for the destruction of his home, before leaving 4 years ago, after the death of his brother, to travel across the lands. Met Ashbax whist travelling through the land of Tamriel, told him his story, and Ashbax asked him if he wanted to save the land. Unaware of the consequences, he agreed...

Something like that good enough for ya?

Sure, I'm in. I must say, I was tempted to RP as the Adoring Fan, but with an actual name, but I decided against it. Just try and stop me from saying "By Azura!" at every chance I get, though. Well, here goes.

Name: Svein

Race: Nord

Class: Brawler. Uses a two-handed hammer very well, has rudimentary knowledge of herbs and potions, and can maintain his weapons and armour to a satisfactory standard. Can take quite a few hits. Pretty much your basic meat-shield in combat.

Age: 34

Description: Over 6' tall and with bulging muscles, as is your average Nord. Has dark gold hair in a short ponytail to keep it out of his eyes. His nose has been broken so many times it is more of a mush than a nose, and he has a scar running from his left eye to his ear.

Equipment: Svein has a two-handed mallet, given to him on his entrance to the Fighters' Guild. He wears sturdy leather clothing and boots, less for protection in combat and more for practicality.

Bio: Svein came from his farming family in Skyrim when he was 18 to fight in the Arena, hearing tales of the celebrated heroes that came from there. He went to pull himself from the depths of mediocrity and normalness, to make a name for himself. He was barred from the Arena due to his then-nonexistent fighting skills, so he travelled to Chorrol to join the Fighters' Guild. He stayed here for years, training with the Fighters and in unofficial Arenas, until he had enough skill to join the Blue Team of the Imperial City Arena. In his first fight he was almost killed, spared only because the Blue Team needed to make up numbers. During his recovery, he saw the Champion of Cyrodiil smash through the Yellow Team, eventually killing the Grey Prince to become Grand Champion. This made Svein think, can anybody who fights in the Arena after the Champion's display make a name for themselves any more, or has all of the greatness been sucked out of the Arena? He left as soon as he was recovered, abandoning the sole reason he trained for so many years after a single, failed battle. He returned to the Chorrol Fighters' Guild to train more, taking contracts and odd jobs, all the while achieving zero glory. He went to Kvatch to help rebuild it after the Daedric Invasion, reasoning that if he was unable to make a name for himself, he may as well do something good with his time. He has been helping the reconstruction of the ravaged Kvatch since the Champion of Cyrodiil, with Emperor Martin, ended the Invasion of Mehrunes Dagon. His memories of the Champion, pure of heart but at the same time ruthless and bloodthirsty, have stayed with him ever since the Arena.

Character: Svein, despite having a huge weapon, tries to use it as little as possible. He is a pacifist at heart, but understands that sometimes, violence is the only answer. He has a great respect for spellcasters, but not for those who waste or cheapen their great gifts. He is wary of the beast races, less for their looks and more for their natural predilection to steal things.

((Damn, that's got to be the longest, most boring character sheet in all creation. Good job to you if you got through it.))

Ok, With three guys, I think we can begin, we can get the 4th, and more, later.

Ashbax thought hard, he didnt like this city, even the name sounded ugly, 'Kvatch' and then there was that incident over four years ago with that...portal...and today he was going to set off on a self-assigned mission with two others, and he could bet himself none would make it out alive. He shook his head and took another slug of ale...maybe he just imagined the whole thing, maybe he didnt see sarthalos making that speech, maybe he didnt dash away at top speed the moment they saw him, maybe he had been dreaming...maybe...
'you gonna finish that?' spat the argonian, gesturing the mug of ale. Ashbax sighed, back to reality, he pushed the mug in the direction of tydarus, who gulped it down. Kashmir turned to him and said in a smooth voice 'So, when do we leave, and where?' ashbax thought for a few seconds 'I was thinking the imperial city, the library there should have some information...Do you think sarthalos knows what we're doing?' pondered ash, to which came the soft reply 'Yes' ash screwed up his face in a frown for a few seconds before saying 'How do you know..?' only to come the snap of kash's fingers, igniting a flame in his hand, then truth dawning on Ashbax, as he just muttered the word 'Magic...' in envy and disgust. They finished their pints, and walked out of the door onto the street. Tydarus snapped, fingered his blade and questioned 'So he's going to send assasins after us?' to which kashmir replied a simple nod, and they walked out of kvatch, and went eastward towards the imperial city, thus Beginning their adventure.

I know I spoke for your characters here, but that was to kick off the story, ill do it much more rarelye now, as long as you two are using your guys.

Outside they meet up with the Next addition to their party, standing at the gates of kvatch, a large, muscular nord with a huge hammer on his back, this was svein, the pacisifist who wanted to become the arena grand master, 'ironic' thought ashbax after some grunts of greeting, the four adventurers set off to see where the fifth member got to.

Name:: Albertus Ludaria
Race:: High Elf
Class: Warmage
Age: 236
Description: At 6"2', Albertus is quite tall for humans but is of an averages size for High Elves. He has golden skin like all High Elves and shoulder length flowing blond hair. Unlike other elves, he has the trait of being able to grow facial hair, which in his Elven homelands made him look quite exotic to his friends.
Equipment: Albertus wears a long blue robe, with red trimming. He enchanted it as soon as he got it, so it can withstand dagger and sword blows. He has no need for weapons as he has the elements at his fingertips, and can cause lightning, ice or fire to flow from them. He does keep his mage's staff handy on his back though, it is enchanted with a small paralysis spell, and he only uses it when things get a bit dangerous.
Bio: At the age of 200(about 25 in human years), Albertus travelled away from his homeland, in search of more knowledge. Within 30 years, he had seen many things that normal people could only dream of. He had met Argonian shamans in the Blackmarshes, he went to Skyrim and met the famed Nord healers. Wonders that nobody had seen before, Albertus was already the master of. When the Daedra came, he had been studying in the Arcane university. He helped the City watch fight them off, but he got no recognition. No, the Grand Dragon of Cyrodil got that. Now, 4 years later, on his way to the Breton lands, he has stopped in Kvatch for a while. But he has stayed their longer than he wanted to, but Albertus can feel his destiny calling. And that's when he met Ashbax and his adventurers...

Tell me if it's too much. Oh and I'll be writing in 1st person, I've never got the grip of writing in 3rd. Hope this lasts!

They peeked into the library he agree to meet them in, and it wasnt very long before they spotted Albertus, a High elf with a tendency to set things on fire by snapping his fingers, nods of greeting are shared, and the group Leaves Kvatch, ready for whatever they are faced with...

They carried on out of Kvatch, Kashmir taking up the rear, his cape glowing, as if there was something... not natural about it. His eyes dashed from side to side of the road, as if he had a fear of some nasty surprise up ahead. Despite the past four years "travelling", he was still in fear of that war. The magic used, that was... unbelievable. He had blinked twice to see, nothing. No bodies, no weapons, the entire army up front were, destroyed? That was all he could imagine. An entire army. All the elves. All the warriors. His brother. Gone. He only survived as the casters were far enough back to avoid the... thing. He had no idea what to call it. They were fighting. He blinked. There was a flash. He blinked again. The entire front line had gone.

As if trying to forget about it with some weird hobby, he started to click his left hand. "Click". "Not good enough, he thought."
"Click". "Still not good enough."
"Click". "You're worthless... You didn't deserve to survive... You can't even concentrate enough to create a flame in this, distracted state." His voice screamed in side his head when-
"Click". A single, blue tinted flame appeared, just over the nail of his thumb, to not burn him.

As if sensing his anger, the green emerald in his staff glew, and almost instinctively, his rose-black lips curled: "Even if they tear me apart, limb from limb, I will find out what happened to you, my brother." It was after this that he found he was lagging whilst lost in his thoughts and decided to catch up.

((Just so you know, I won't be able to post from friday till late sunday, as I will be on holiday for the weekend.))
