I was just looking at Amazon UK to pre-order Skyrim. Checking out the reviews (naturally, despite being a hardcore fan) I noticed there were 1 or more people calling it Oblivion Skyrim.
I stated that 'there has never been a point in any advertisements, analysis, pre-release reviews, interviews or gameplay where it has been called "Oblivion Skyrim".' and to be perfectly honest, there hasn't; and I've scoured the pipes of the internet for days on end to find out as much as I can about the sequel to a game I would gladly place in my Top 5.
How do you (or others) come to this conclusion about a game sequel?
As I stated on Amazon; it would be like me saying I'm off to buy Modern Warfare: Black Ops or Halo 3: Reach.
EDIT: just for you, my mildly brain-dead sponge: It's called The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and it's sequel is The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - but if you've been reading this forum lately you would know from the Mojang-Bathesda posts.
