To celebrate his 7000th post. Which this isn't - sorry about that - Cpt_Oblivious decides to do another review, but it's time for something completely different. It's time for...

[HEADING=2]The Creme Egg McFlurry[/HEADING]

It seems like a perfectly good idea, doesn't it? Mixing your multinational corporation's brand of ice cream with everyone's favourite easter treat. On paper, this would be something so amazing, they'd reserve it's use for the second coming of Christ.
Unfortunately, on paper stays on the drawing board. On paper isn't found anywhere near the restaurant counter. For all we know On paper was disposed of by separate teams for our own safety, similar to the World's Funniest Joke [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8gpjk_MaCGM] .

While in all regular circumstances I would discuss the virtues of the McFlurry endlessly, for it is in all respects, McDonalds' greatest creation. Equally so, I could ramble like a pensioner at the beauty that is Cadbury's Creme Egg. But these are no regular circumstances, for today I tasted these two product's love child. I tasted this abomination against nature, this Frankenstein's Monster of the fast food world.

The first spoonful was glorious, I tasted Creme Egg, I tasted ice cream. There was even a little chocolate chunk waiting for me. But then it struck, some sort of vile, possible poisonous, yellow gloop that the greasy, uneasy looking girl had poured into my order. This yellow substance had completely destroyed what would otherwise be the greatest cold food on earth. It was thick, sludgy, and had sunk it's claws into every last space of my McFlurry tub, ruining it forever. It was bright. Too dull a colour to be manufactured, yet too bright to be natural, it looked to be the same colour as the cheese of a Quarter Pounder. Maybe that's what it was? I might have been able to stomach it, had I thought of that.

Even remembering the experience is bringing back painful memories. It may even be bringing back what I did eat of the McFlurry. Please excuse me while I go to lie down.

That yellow stuff in it is lovely, mate of mine used to steal the bottles of it from work and bring them home for us.

I prefer the caramel to the creme eggs. The creme eggs are good, they're just a bit rich for my tastes.

Now to figure out why everyone does reviews for their "x posts" threads...
I just like to do something to mark the occasion. I do them at other times and I've done forum games for my X thousandth post before.
