There are two different types of hackers, The ones that are difficult to notice so we just keep silent and the ones that everyone notices. What is the most noticable hack that you have ever seen? The one that I have seen would be this heavy who was floating and going faster then a scout on team fortress 2.

Yea, a while ago I was playing Bioshock 2's multiplayer on the 360 and I saw some guy flying around, with godmode, taking his time to kill everyone. That was fairly obvious...

I remember seeing one of those guys in Counter Strike: Source running around with his aim flying all over the place, as if the mouse sensitivity was ridiculously high and he was just dragging the mouse around aimlessly. Any person who came within sight died from an instant headshot. Hacks don't get much more obvious than that.
Even worse in CSS, there was a guy on Crackhouse with a para, standing at the top of the house bunnyhopping, invincible and with his aim isntantly turning to each player that spawned (this was pretty damn fast seeing as he had a clear view of the CT spawn), he ended up with about 1000 kills before I left.

Modern Warfare 2 on PC. When someone has about 70 kills and 3 deaths and every kill is a headshot. Pretty obvious.

Only one I've seen was a guy on CoD: WaW using the M14, but it was full auto, infinite ammo, and he didn't even have to be looking in your general direction to be hit. Yeah, it was pretty damn obvious.

In Halo 2, I joined a game with some friends to find that some guy had modded Gauss Warthog turrets to fly and shoot, so everyone was flying around like those droid speeders from Star Wars Episode I. I could only find a picture of the lego version, but I'm sure you'll understand what I mean.

Awesomeness ensued, but it was still a wild hack.

I was playing on Dust2 and the entire team was at the mercy of a hacker who, when viewed in spectate, was spinning wildly around and travelling at at least 200mph.

Not as obvious but still quite blatant; a lone man standing in the ruins by the trench in Pavlov - Cod1 - snapping round like a turret with an mp44. I got some good practise on him with the kar98 & mosin though. Headshotting something that only needs to know you're visible to kill you is quite challenging.

This guy did a hilarious one for shits and giggles. Halo 1 online, his sniper shot tanks. Tanks that exploded if they hit you. He also had auto-aim hacks on, so no matter where he shot, a tank would come flying at you. I was inside the building in bloodgulch, and to my surprise in one split second a tank veers around the corner of the building and hits me. I lol'd pretty hard.

Also, in the game Gunz when it was in beta, there was a dude flying around on his stomach, firing missiles at people.

Counterstrike. This dude could be shot in the face 15 times and still live, but he could shoot you in the foot and you would die.

lol That must have been fun as hell! :D

I wouldn't call my experience a hack, but more of a mod or custom map. I played in this CS:Source map where it's just a big empty room with a maze of invisible walls. Each team lines up on either side of the room, all facing each other. Everyone has only one clip, and whoever is left after the ensuing firefight are forced to duke it out with knives in the invisible maze. Has anyone else stumbled across this map? It's pretty strange.

World of Warcraft

There have been some gold spammers wall-hacking/speed-hacking/gravity-hacking in the main citys as a method of advertisement.
Guess that what Blizz gets for not keeping Warden up to date.

Before I had decent FPS games, I played Combat Arms. I remember having alot of fun making new accounts just to spam the AWP, and raping face. I decided to reboot that horrible game. Every time someone would spawn, one player would immediately kill everyone in the game with a one hit kill knife. So everyone accept him would die instantly.
It was pretty rewarding though, because I busted out an old mic and micspammed until he stopped talking, and left. There should really be a maturity test for playing games online. I mean, atleast a vocal register test. No one wants to play with pre-pubescent children.

Wow, I remember helping code one for Halo 1 and CE... Oh and by the way, that's a mod, not a hack. Just a programmer's tic.

In some sort of exp lobby I was getting 23948203498235098 exp per kill in mw2. I figured I was really really good.

Did you stab him in the head with a rusty kitchen knife?
