Odd gaming moments

So I was going back through LoZ: Twilight Princess yesterday and noticed that in Death Mountain when he's hanging on the ceiling by his boots, Link's hat didn't move at all. After noticing this moment of physics defiance, I started to wonder, where else has this happened?

Where in games have you seen something that just seems out of place, bizarre, or really funny?

If you ever notice a character drinking anything in a game, they hold an empty glass to the general area of the mouth, and, with mouth closed, pour the drink onto their face.

A lot of the sandbox/GTA-clones have moments of silly AI mostly when it comes to driving. In more than a couple games I've had NPCS scream and panic due to the fact that I was driving near them and run out in front of the car to be killed.

NPC drivers swerving and changing lanes randomly also seems to be popular, particularly when I'm minding my business in the adjacent lane.

I hate that, it breaks immersion right away. Driving 20 MPH down a road and all you hear is "AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!*screech*HHHHHHH"

THATS WHAT I WAS BASING THIS ON!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I gave vodka to the engineer guy and he just shoved the bottle into his eye socket.
