I started new almost hobby like activity of going around the Internet and finding sites which have different ads on them, pop-ups, banners, pictures, flash ads... Etc... I open the site's source code with Opera Dragonfly and go trough the code and find the ad-servers address and block it. I been doing this more and more and I almost got collection of 250 different ad-servers that I have blocked on my computer. The lsit is growing with great haste. I found this enjoyable for reasons I just can't explain.

Ofc, I could use some ad-block addon with opera, but where would the "sport" be there. :D

What would you call this "hobby" of mine? Ad-Hunting?
Do you think it can be considered to be a "hobby", or am I just wasting my time because I am sad band-geek who hasn't have anything better to do.

Do you have a hobby, that you -personally- think is odd, do you collect something, do you craft something? DO you have some "hobby" that other people around you don't consider to be a hobby?

Hrm..
I collect Energy Drink cans. My girlfriend hates me for it but I just found that I couldnt throw them away as easily as Cola or Beer cans, so instead I used to leave them on kitchen shelves, PC desk, the gloves & hats box by the door..
I think I have about 70 cans of about 10 different kinds all bagged up somewhere now.. Redbull, Relentless, Powerking, Ben 10, Burn ect ect.
The only reason I'm allowed to keep them without further argument is because someday I will recycle them.. which is a good thing right.

Also... Every time I play Lego with my Kids I have a terrible habit of collecting all the little weapons up and not sharing them with anyone.. *facepalm*

I really, really enjoy cracking my knuckles. I do it maybe four times a day. I'm going to get arthritis when I'm 20...
