Odd Minecraft Bug?

So i just finished a minecraft session, i had just fininished lining the floor in my Panic Room with obsidian and i quit the game

...

Then this happened.

i just had time to get a screen shot and and save it, after i went to check again, i just had the regular start up screen.

anybody else had this. It could just be i'm usiong a texture pack but...

what do you guys think?

I can't see because there's no image.

I don't think it's your texture pack. (Painterly? I have it, but don't have that problem.)

Looks like it's replaced the title image with one of the texture ones.

Something has probably been renamed wrong...

Try re-downloading it.
