Odd Things That Make You Smile

The feeling of a massive thunderstorm, the electricity in the air just gets my blood pumping

Watching babies (of any species) fall over. It makes me smile every time.

1. The feel of hot, fresh photocopies.
2. When my cats are being cute/awesome (thankfully this happens a lot, as it's my main source of happiness).
3. When I'm working on a story and I come up with a line or image which makes me laugh out loud as I'm writing it.

Odd thing that makes me happy?

Seeing people i hate miserable, gives me a small amount feeling of "haha screw you my life's awesome"

The smell of most chemicals and reagents... I love working in the lab.. I got excited when someone on the bus was using nail polish remover... ACETONE

Also, Benzaldehyde because it smells identical to amaretto

This might not reflect well on me, but I find a smile on my face when characters in a book or show (movie, tv show, anime, etc) do something particularly psychotic. Not always, if I find it lame or forced then I just roll my eyes but sometimes the epicness just overtakes me.

When I listen to Katamari songs, I smile too

The word provolone(sic) puts a smirk on my face for no good reason.

I'm not an evil person but...when it's really rainy and windy outside, and everybody's fighting it, like, REALLY fighting it! pushing forward foot by foot, leaning forwards, holding an umbrella, coat is flapping in the breeze......
then their umbrella flips inside out....
Gets me EVERY TIME! I don't know why i love it so much, there's just something ridiculous about an inside out umbrella, and a person trying to control it.

I have had that happen to me and I can say it is pretty funny when it happens even if it can be frustrating.
