in FinalFantasyXIII you can see everones weapon as the are carrying it sheathed exept for Hope's who seems to put it in a non-existent sheath...where is his weapon at on him?

The trend towards sex in all forms of games. Whether its in a shooter, an action game, or an rpg... all it seems to be about sometimes is the sex aspect.

Final Fantasy games always try to be as inoffensive as possible.

No profanity, no smoking, no sex, not even a nice amount toilet humor. What is the world coming to.

How in most every action shooter or FPS game every foe thinks they are a sniper no mater the weapon they have in hand or the distance. 300 yards using a pistol or shotgun, and they DO hit you. Think like in Borderlands or Fallout 3. Also in same types of games and in two just mentioned, how bad the stealth option is even if your skill in it is very high. Foes just see you way in the distance all the time. You try to do one long range sniper shot in Borderlands, and even if you miss, that target, and every one in area automatically turns and shoots knowing exactly where you were even if they were looking in another direction or behind something blocking the view. Mainly that grips me because in any game when you hear gun fire or get shot out of the blue you have to stop and look around and try to find the person.

Thats why they tend to have ether,
A: really bad story/plot/dialogue and should add it in maybe to liven it up, still be dull but be funny colorful dull at least.
B: really good story/plot/dialogue and should leave it out so not to ruin it with a load of tasteless crap that distracts.

FPS's where all the enemies know exactly where you are no matter what you do. Oddly enough, the opposite is also strange. It's nice in Bad Company 2 when you can flank enemies that are firing at your squadmates, but it's really odd to see an enemy that (apparently) just spawned walking around like nothing is happening in a firefight...

Shooting someone in the foot or elbow enough times will suddenly insta-kill them.
Shoot yourself in the foot 5 times and see if you don't go into shock and die. What gets me is when you shoot them in the foot and they retain the ability to stand.

How you can put 74 rifles and 39 handguns in your average coat in EVERY game. *Mafia nostalgia moment*

I second that motion.
