This is PC specific thing, but I'm allowed...

In fully 3D FPS, devs will program things in and wrap textures around things you'll never actually see without noclip cheating and flying around. I'll always remember in Return to Castle Wolfenstein how the plane that brings you in to the levels has a fully-rendered, unmanned cockpit at the front. You always just see the outside of the plane, unless you noclip up into it.

Guess they're just rewarding cheaters for their lack of hard work. Vampire: Bloodlines has a money clip laying on the floor of the newsroom which broadcasts onto all the working TVs.

For a non-cheating one, Katamari Damacy. Nothing specific, just the whole game.

No one wears seatbelts. I think 90% of all crime in GTA would end if they'd just put on a seatbelt.

too human...having to watch that stupid Valkyrie pick your body up each time you die and not being able to skip it ><....THEN having a bug that sometimes skipped it(best bug ever created).

Doom.

The man carries with him an armoury to make the USA shrink in terror, yet for some reason. whenever he reaches a locked door he has to go and find a key. Doesn't he have enough fire-power to turn All of Russia into a cloud of dust! couldn't he just shoot down the door.

When we are at the subject of seatbelts - did you notice that no matter how strong you ram into a wall with a car, you never suffer damage? I would think that you at least got a bump on the head...

Left 4 Dead--survivors can reload and punch with both hands, but I have to say I'm thankful for that oddity.
Also, the fact that the computer-controlled survivors run right in front of you as you're shooting. The best was when I was on the mini-gun on expert and they all ran not only in front of me, but through the fire the other human-controlled survivor had just thrown.

In College Hoops 2K5 I can pass the ball into the low post, do a crossover dribble with a guy who's 7-foot-2, then dunk on the AI defender. Does the AI ever adjust? Well, sometimes they go into a double-low defense, but it's the same one every time, and that same big man develops the passing touch of John Stockton as he kicks it out to the open man on the perimeter for a 3. It does not speak well of a game's AI if a grand total of two offensive plays are required to score 120 points a game with 15-minute halves.

Ess Tee Aye El Kay Eee Arr: Shadow of Chernobyl - Every single time you go to a town, it's under attack by bandits and you have to kill them all before you can talk to anyone or sell anything.

Its odd how friendly NPC's always in the exact same second as you press the trigger of a gun, that they think it is a good idea to stand infront of your barrel eating led with their ass..

Also weird how all enemies always attack you, and not a single one of the 20 friendly NPC's infront of you..

Kinda funny when you're playing Team Fortress 2, and you're all out of ammo, but the ammo belts that they have strapped on them is still filled to the brim with bullets..

I noticed in Gears of War (The first, didn't check in the second) Dom has a knife in a sheath on his chest, but he never uses it. Also on his chest is his pistol holster, but he draws his pistol from his side like everyone else (That one's understandable, though).

There are enough explanations for it, but don't you find it odd that...after all the barrels you have exploded by shooting at them, your enemies wouldn't get the trick. Of course there are exceptions, like Half Life 2, where the combine overdo that tactic a little (route canal)
