Honor the Fallen​

Since the Escapist has many non-US users, some of you may not know what the meaning of Memorial Day is. It is a day that Americans remember the soldiers who fought in the wars the America has been in since the Revolution, more specifically, the fallen soldiers. It is very similar to Remembrance Day in the UK, but more general in that it focuses on all of our wars. What are the Escapists doing to Observe Memorial Day? For For British Escapists, how did you observe Remembrance Day?The same question applies to anyone in regards toward their corresponding holiday. I will be observing it by presenting Colors at a cemetery.

Lest We Forget.

I support all things like this, although I have always said I wish that they would ALL lose the nationalistic bent and instead remember and mourn all lives lost in all wars everywhere.
