I left my xbox running last night to download Psychonauts and in that time, it reached 48%. I have just come of my xbox and now it has gone down to 7%. Any ideas as to why this has happened?

Could be, but I checked what it was on before i turned it off, and it could not have got upto 7% in 15 minutes on my connection (Which is not a bad connection, mind you). I think I'll go check it again.

But seriously, i've just re-checked it and its till on 7% so no error made by me or the xbox. I thought it was just being slow to update the status, as it tends to when its turned off. I guess i'm going to have to leave it turned on for the next few days.

I think i'm just going to plug the ethernet cable in, which will be a hassle since my modem is in my brothers room and I will have to leave my xbox in there.

Cancel it and start it up again. Seriously, mine does this all the time. Once you start again, it'll probably be somewhere around 30%
