I found the Legend of Zelda GameCube collection for sale at GameStop. Bought it and I didn't even own a GameCube at the time. Also, when I was little, I found Suikoden II at an EB Games and bought that right away too, although at the time I didn't realize what I had.

In game wise, in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare when, after beating the snot out of that leader, Price just pulls out a gun and shoots him. Nice to finally see some good guys willing to play by the same rules that the bad guys play buy. I literally said, "Hell yes!' when he shot him.

The Portal 2 ending. That was a major HELL YES moment for me and the only one in recent memory. That's all I will say though, people who have played it know what I mean.

Found that the first RPG I ever played, Legend of Dragoon, was up on eBay. I had totally forgotten its name (parents sold it like a month after I first got it, and lets just say that me as a 6-year-old wasn't the most adept/persistent gamer), but that moment gave me a flashback to my first moments as a gamer, and gave me the opportunity to experience that again.

Bliss.

The funny thing is, I went to my nearest EB's today to grab Portal 2 and I browsed over the sale table like I always do. I clearly recall seeing a whole stack of Beyond Good and Evil and was tempted to get it since Yahtzee actually complimented it. Alas, I passed it up since I already bought an awesome game to keep me busy.

Found Sins of a Solar Empire for 99 cents in a thrift store. I went in there looking for a turtleneck I could brutalize a bit, ended up looking through the electronics, found nothing, went to the games section and there it was. So much fun.

Mount and Blade: Warband

Just started, went to a village for the merchant opening quest.
Had six guys, got attacked by a party of 46 Sea Raiders.

Took me about fifteen minutes, but I managed to kill every last one after my party was unceremoniously annihilated. As a bonus I now had gear several levels above what I ought to have had, and loads of cash to spear.

I dunno if that was a typo, but 55-44 isn't a good ratio...


Anyway, I've just had a pretty decent time of it recently, no real "HELL YES" moments, but no shit either.
