Alright, I've been trying to avoid making a thread such as this, but I've given up.

I've played every game that I enjoy on my 360 so many times it's painful. I've absolutely played the living crap out of Crackdown, Gears of War 2, Dead Rising, and Fallout 3. I need a new game. I want a game that's been out, no upcoming games. Also, I'm really into action games as you could probably tell by the games I play.

So, I'd like some recommendations on any Xbox 360 action game.

Mass Effect, bar none. Not as actiony as, say, Gears of War, but if you liked Fallout 3, you should enjoy it.

Already have it. I just forgot to add it to my list. Great game BTW.

I think you would like Call of Duty 4. Left 4 Dead is also an amazing action game.
I wasn't a big fan of CoD4 and I have L4D for PC.

The Orange Box is only $20 now. That would be a good choice.(EDIT: Ooh, you've beaten it. Dang. TF2 got boring?)
Also, if you haven't tried Left 4 Dead, that one is great. It's a bit short, but there's plenty of replay value. And free DLC for it is coming out soon, it's gonna be sweet.(EDIT: Dang it!)

Try both the Condemned games. Keep in mind that the first one was a release game for the 360, so don't expect ridiculously polished gameplay.

Well if you didnt like CoD4 you will certainly not like CoD:WaW. Hmm, if you like Crackdown you would like GTA IV. Halo 3 is quite cliche but it still has a big following if you like online play, not very good for campaign though.

Assassins Creed?

Quake 4, you get Quake 2 to boot, only $10 used. Oh, and you should try Dead Rising if you're into that kind of thing.

Onyx Oblivion

Borderlands Addict. Again.

For straight up action, Castle Crashers [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/326.78653#985254] is cheap, and really good. Halo 3 is fun as well, and both of these get even better if you've got a friend to play co-op with.

Despite a collection of flaws, Call of Duty 4 [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/326.73854#812719].

EDIT: Rainbow 6: Vegas 2 is great too.
