the discussion isnt just pictures if you read op. its moments you had where a. something amazing happened or b. something really bad happened. pictures can be involved and they make it better but its not a 4chan picture thread.
Having another look at the OP that point is mentioned, but it isn't very clear and you must admit, this sort of thread leads itself towards being little more than a picture thread as they require little effort on behalf of others. I'm sorry, but I still believe this isn't in the spirit of the community, that's my feelings on the matter anyway.
I would like to see at least an expanded OP. I suspect people will tend to look at the title and the picture and little else.
I don't know what's up, but picture threads seem pretty popular these days.
Anyway, to answer the question:
I was playing Kingdom Under Fire: Heroes the other day, on the easiest character scenario. I was taking on a vastly superior force, armed only with my Knight squad (Hero unit), 2nd Knight squad (backup healers) and Ice Maidens (because they rule). I had tons of allies helping me, and I needed to protect these catapults. Wasn't too hard as long as I stayed back with them.
Anyway, after breaching the two sets of walls, I noticed an enemy unit was fighting with one of my computer allies. I noticed it was Level 99 (My guys were only about Level 30). But my allied unit seemed to be surviving, so whatever. Then I suddenly got a message saying I needed to rescue that unit. With my leader. So I rushed off... And my ally ALMOST INSTANTLY DIED.
I've tried this mission multiple times, but Reinhart's unit is three times stronger than me, there's no mid-mission saving, and I can't get healers or Celes over to my buddy in time. Even when I do make it there, Celes dies almost instantly, even if I'm rocking at the combat and not getting hit.
So I guess every time I see a special unit in KuF: Heroes, I start getting concerned.
If you see this guy, you are officially dead. You just don't realize it yet.
