Eh, in DotA2 I'd say either Phantom Lancer or Keeper of the Light. PL because he practically forces your team to go for an early push strategy since if he gets enough farm he's practically unstoppable. Keeper on the other hand is capable of not only pushing, counter-pushing and harassing safely with Illuminate, but early game he's able to give characters like Chaos Knight nearly unlimited mana with Chakra Magic.
When it comes to SF4 I hate going against Juri, purely because she's so rarely picked that whenever I actually do go up against her I have no idea what to do.
In King of Fighters... eh, I'm actually pretty confident in almost any match-up. Though I will say that back during the NESTS saga I DESPISED fighting Whip. Mostly because she's the one character I never figured out how to play as myself. Chang and Choi are annoying as well, but that's because they're Chang and Choi.
