Hey escapist...I'm in a bit of a mental pickle here. I've liked a girl that I've known for a while now (January) and today she finally said "I like you too" but she's been so sad and depressed about what a guy in school did to her. So the problem is, I'm too concerned about how she feels and what i can do to help her to even care she said she likes me back. I have no idea what to really do now other than stay by her side and support her but that's all i can think of... although there might not be anything else to do, what do you guys and gals think about this problem?

I agree with Marter. The most you could possibly do is ask her if there is anything she needs or would like you to do. You try to fix her problems without asking her nad you'll quickly end up being part of her problem.
