I was watching a music video on Youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=id8pKHjWBok and I suddenly got this image in my head (which I posted in the comments )

The lead singer looks like a young Mark Hamill, and the city kind of looks like/reminds me of Rapture from bioshock. Does anyone else see this? anyone at all? I hate to think it's only me. That would be.....weird. I figure I'd ask here because hey there is a good concentration of gamers.

As for the setting all I can say is rapture was built to resemble the 1950s so in turn alot of things will resemble rapture from movies,pictures, to even this video.
