I recently stated that i was planning to change my name on a thread.
I have.BUT i was testing out how it looked on the box,my mouse is SUPER sensitive,and then i moved my mouse over the box titled "Proceed" then it placed me with this monstrosity of a name.
I mean it makes me sound like more of a twat that my last one did
Ps:my last name was SmoothNRK
do you guys know anyway i can change this at all?
im looking at you tech guys.

It's irrevocable. You're stuck with the username, typhoid-boy =p.
You could always start a new account if it's that important to you. You won't be judged by your username though. It's the quality of your posts that matters [though that seems to be changing lately...]

Oi, that is a bad name.

Anyway, your best bet would be to contact the mods. They'll be nice enough to change it, even though it was your fault.

You can only change it once, but if it's really bothering you, PM a mod or something. They might be able to help you.

If you used the settings to change your name once, then that's it I am afraid. You only get one name change. Though I am not 100% sure about this seeing as I only recently figured that you can change the name. So I will tell you what I normally tell people when unsure; PM a mod about it.

I honestly think you are overreacting a bit. No one would ban a person for asking a simple question. Granted I do belive that he should have asked this question in the Tech Group, but it dosen't matter now. The guy didn't know and it was an honest mistake. Now just calm down a little bit.

OT: As everyone else has been saying, if you used your one chance at a name change in the settings, you're shit out of luck. Your best bet is to ask one of the mods nicely and if they say yes, they will let you change your name.

@OP if I recall correctly admin have unlimited changes... Beats me why they only allow one change, maybe one change in 24 hours would be better.
