I remember seeing this years ago. All right, let's put it to the test.
Mordin Solus: Third try.
Alexander the Great: First try. Well, it was an easy one.
Yahtzee Croshaw: First try. Wait what?
Ahsoka Tano: First try. Is it registering my keystrokes or something?
Qin Shi Huang: Second try. Got you, you psychic web-fiend!
Polly Esther: It didn't get it. Then again some of my answers may (unintentionally) not have been entirely accurate.
Steve Jobs: Got it in one.
Rebecca Mayes: First time it didn't get the first try, but my connection started spazzing out so I had to start all over again several times. Eventually, it didn't get it. Apparently it knows her as "Rebecca Mayes Muses (The Escapist)", for some reason.
Sir Schmoopy of Awesometon: Second try.
Chief O'Brien (Star Trek: TNG/DS9): Busted. Although it did pop Scotty as the final answer, which is close. And about half of the final "who is your character" list did consist of Star Trek characters.
Aayla Secura: First try.
Commander Cody/Captain Rex (either one will do): Commander Cody, in one. By now it's probably picked up on my patterns.
Akhenaten: Busted. Then again there were some value judgments in there, and it did come pretty close, with Ramses II, Tutankhamun and "Pharaoh".
The Illusive Man: Second try.
Rand al'Thor: First try. Back to reading my keystrokes I guess =P
Erwin Rommel: First try.
Jennifer Hale: Busted. Apparently it didn't even know her, up until now.
Kate Beaton: Busted.
Sergeant Schlock: Got it in one.
Isambard Kingdom Brunel: Didn't get it. Probably gave a few wrong answers by accident.
The G-Man: In eleven questions no less.
Lennie Briscoe: Popped Elliot Stabler on the first try, close one. After that it went wildly off-base, offering an X-Files character, and then it spazzed out so I gave up.
Cool app.
