So after a trip into the local population center to hunt down some new and exciting pieces of interactive entertainment, I ended up in a charity shop.
Behind the shelves of old garments and DVD movies no-one has ever heard of, I came across
An original copy of Age of Empires, complete with box, manual tech-tree sheet and of course, CD. All for the princely sum of Two Pounds and Ninety-Nine Pence.
Of course, I probably won't play it, since it's so old and I'm terrified of the disk exploding or something, but it's a classic, and I don't own nearly enough games that come in boxes like that, made of card and with another box or two inside.
So I ask you, have you ever found your own little piece of gaming history in an unexpected place?
