OK, some highlights I've picked out of the thread here that I have to say I agree with:
Zone of the Enders (and extended edition showing both parts would be great....just stop the kid from being so whiney!)

Spyro the Dragon (original trilogy)

Jet Set Radio
Star Wars: X-wing/Tie Fighter (actually, I think the X-wing vs Tie Fighter game would be the best one for this)
Crash Team Racing (a bit pointless given that Mariokart is still going strong and kicking ar$3. still, this was a great take on the genre and would be welcome)

Halo: Combat Evolved (really? What, were Halo 3, ODST, Reach and the XBLA versions of Halo and Halo 2 not enough?!)
Perfect Dark (already been done. Check out Perfect Dark: Zero or the XBLA version of Perfect Dark)
sonic Adventure (see above)
Pokemon (you do realise the style of these games don't you? they'd gain NOTHING from a HD remake)
Pong HD (you, sir, have a twisted sense of humour. This is a gloriously silly suggestion and I love you for it )

Great suggestion, but the 3D wouldn't work for this. It'd change this into something completely different. Uridium 2 worked really well on the Amiga, too. Perhaps a Uridium 3 taking elements from both games would be the winner here?calsonic said:

I've been waiting for a Resident Evil 2 remake forever since it's my favorite in the series, but so far the only thing we've got is Darkside Chronicles and I'm pretty sure that it will be the best we're getting for a while :_(
EDIT: Oh, I almost forgot: DOOM. I'm a huge fan of these kinds of FPS's where the only goal is to kill everything that moves and then proceed to the next area when everything stops to move so it would be awesome to kick some demon ass in glorious HD graphics.
