Maybe i am odd and try to take fallout abit too seriously but feel i will not be able to get behind this.

kind of sounds like proffessor Farnsworth, but a liitle different.

I was thinking that he sounded more like Brain from Pinky and the Brain or Dr. Ogden Wernstrom

That alone might be enough for me to get this.
Provided the game actually works now. I haven't really played much since long before the last patch.

I'm glad to see them doing something with the NV dlc that is completely 'out there.' This looks very fun, and very weird.

Played straight like the original Fallout.

Admittedly, I haven't played much of the first two, but I think the only Fallout that was serious was Fallout 3, and that wasn't even fully canonical.

It was canonical, it was just a tiny bit retconed. And Fallout 3 wasn't serious..Srsly, remember the "superheroes"?

Fallout was pretty serious though, still had some rather fucked up humor here and there. But that's how we like it.

I've heard him on Futurama before a few times too. Don't think it's Wormstrom, but I know I've heard him there...let's see what IMDB says!....Ahh, guess I was wrong, oh well.

Venture Bros is my favorite AS comedy since Space Ghost Coast to Coast (I even have the DVDs) so I was pretty quick to pick him out. Also, I'm running off 3 hrs sleep and jet lag so I think I hallucinated Dr Venture on one of those screens.
Also, those are the kind of things I imagine Dr Venture would be saying if he lived in the nuclear wasteland.
I've been seeing weird things ever since I made the terrible decision to come right into the office after getting off the plane at quarter to 5.
It's going to be a fun ride home.
