I believe I have the box for Super Mario 64 somewhere.. If I don't have it anymore, I do have the box of a couple of N64 games, I don't know which are the oldest. My oldest PC game is probably Starcraft, but I bought it just a couple of years ago, so the PC game I've owned the longest and still have the box for is probably Diablo II.
