Ever played a game for a second time and seen some small details/sections/things that you've completely missed the first time around. (I do not refer to multiple story branches or different reactions from NPCs when you have a different character like in Mass Effect)

I re-started Bioshock yesterday and as i made my first steps in Rapture i suddenly saw the bright yellow eyes of little sisters watching me for a second from the inside of thier little ventilation shafts. I completely missed that the first time around, but it is a really nice touch and ramps up the anticipation for the final reveal of the "sisters"...unless of course you seen the trailers, read reviews/previews or just missed that small detail.
Also, i couldn't remember the cheap, yet effective scare when you enter that other dentist room with the steam and all that...but i may just have forgotten that one.

Also, i only noticed on my third playthrough of Metal Gear Solid 1 that you could actually zoom in or out with the sniper rifle, making it an actually useful weapon...

Second time through Psychonauts I learned the true meaning of hatred. Yes, it's a good game, it's all art and everything, but I have serious problems with a game that erects a brick wall about half-way through and prevents you from passing until you complete an extensive session of MMORPG-style grinding.

I replayed Just Cause and suddenly found loads of tiny villages on certain islands I had never seen before. In my defence that game is HUGE, so I guess it was easy of me to miss those the first time.
