I got tubby so quickly. There are many reasons.
1. My job makes me sit on my bum all day.
2. My job sucks so much I get stressed and so can't lose excess fat.
3. My diet contains too much fat and sugar. (A bag of chips, a bag of salty bread sticks and a regular bottle of Coke each week as snacks. On Europian standarts, mind you.)
4. My medication is screwing mith my metabolism.
5. I don't excersize enough even though I do practise a Martial Art every week. (It doesn't give me much mustle development.)

I hope it's number 4, then when I don't need it anymore my tubby-ness will go away too.

The benefits of good genetics, some regular exercise, and not stuffing myself with junk food allows me to maintain a decent weight despite my relatively inactive lifestyle. Still... I could do a little better, and I will be shortly. :)
