Hmm I was actually thinking about this today. I'd have that little door thing Raz uses in Psychonauts to enter peoples minds. That would be interesting. I'll use it on the patients in the psych ward the hospital I work in has. Not to mention when I become a psychologist I don't have to listen to my clients blabber on and on about their problems.
Just stick a door on their head, kill their personal demons and sort out their emotional baggage and all done.

Then of course the portal gun, stealth-boy (infinite useage of course), and one of the weapons from the ratchet and clank games (they're all so good it's hard to pick just one).

But above all else, the mind-door.

Well, I'd say...Tesla Armor, a Pip-Boy 3000(the older model, of course. They're much more reliable.), or one of those nifty guns from Mass Effect that never run out of ammo, only overheat if you're not careful enough.

Most likely, I'd say the Pip-Boy. In fact, I've been thinking of building one, just for the spectacle of it.
