I know it is going to be the old guy.
The old guy will be noble and heroic... one last time.

It's going to be Zoe.

How else is Valve going to maintain it's reputation as the ultimate corporate troll?

PS, I hate forced deaths.

Yeah, I reckon Bill too. It'd be awesome if he went out Clint Eastwood style, a la Gran Torino.

I actually hope that it's Rochelle (even though it's of course (and unfortuneatly) a L4D1)
mostly for that shitty pun. "Axe me question. I dare ya." But I've got high hopes that Chicago Ted will swing in like Tarzan and save them all... THAT would be totally kickass.

As much as I hate to say it... Bill is going to die...
He is the Brave 'Nam Veteran, who will sacrifice himself to ensure the others make it along safely.... Dang it...
He was my favorite one from L4D1... Except for maybe Zoey...

So Valve.... When are we going to get a Midnight Riders DLC?

My vote goes to Bill or Francis.

BILL: His beard is too badass for this world, and he fends off the zombie horde so his compatriots may live...only for his beard to come back to life as one of them!

FRANCIS: He dies like a ***** after Louis shotguns him in the head, saying he hates "people who hate everything." Francis then quips "I hate dying," and Louis continues to shotgun him until he's out of ammo and Francis is tomato soup with giblets.

It's probably going to be Bill, or Francis.

They seem the most likely to be willing to sacrafice themselves. There character's seem the most likely to do it.

Unless there it's up to the player, then it's going to be the bot that caused the most annoyance.

Since Zoey and Francis are slated to have unique actions in The Passing, it kind of narrows things down to Bill and Louis.

I've got my bet on Bill, and thank god we've got the 360 version and can't get The Passing or the Left 4 Dead 1 DLC (we don't have Live). Bill and Louis are the ones my brothers always play as, they are not going to like the news.

According to Alien, Deep Blue Sea, The Thing, Jaws 3, Leviathan, Aliens, Alien 3, Predator, Nightmare on Elm Street 3, The Shining, Star Wars Episode 3, Gremlins, The Edge, Virus, Robocop, The Crow, and most of all Night of the Living Dead...

it will be Louis.

The tagline for The Passing is "No One Lives Forever,"...
Sorry, but isn't the tagline actually "No One Survives Forever"?
Since they're 'the survivors', and otherwise it would just be kind of lame and... stuff.

It'll probably be Bill, but they had better give him a wicked awesome send-off.

EDIT: Ugh, well, I had to make sure, and according to good ol' Chet in the GTTV interview, the tagline consists of the words "nobody survives forever". But who really knows for sure? So don't quote me on this. =P

My money's on Bill making the last stand. Old war veteran with a gruff n' tough mentality? He's the most logical choice IMO.

I know its schmaltzy but I wish it was Bill (my favorite of the first), but Coach (my favorite of the second) stays and helps him till the last minute. Coach is forced to leave by Bill at the last minute as he goes out in a blaze of glory, blood, and swear words. Oh, and this song plays throughout.

I know it'll never happen except for in my own delusional mind, but I think it'd be cool.
